This notice explains how Dancvi treats the dance photographs, descriptions, and purchases you use inside the app. It is written for an iPhone dance-portrait studio, not for a social network.
You decide when Dancvi may look at a camera frame, an album picture, a spoken line, or a typed description. Until you tap those tools, the app stays on the pages you already see: AI Studio, Pose Vault, Dance Series, Gallery, and Box Office.
When you create or save a portrait, you may offer a person reference photograph from Camera or Photos; a pose reference photograph from Camera, Photos, or Pose Vault; a written description in AI Studio or Dance Series; a spoken description if you allow the microphone and speech recognition; and names you give to series and saved portraits.
Portraits you save, poses you keep, series you compose, names you give them, and your Rosin balance are kept in this device’s app storage. Reference photos chosen for a session stay on the phone unless you agree to AI processing and tap Create. Dancvi does not run a public feed of other dancers.
Dancvi asks a third-party image model to invent a new dance still from the references you choose. That step cannot run on the phone alone, so a creation is sent only after you agree to AI processing.
When you tap Create, the person photograph, the pose photograph, and the written description go with the request. If you dictate that description, only the transcribed words travel — not the raw microphone recording.
The stills and description are delivered over HTTPS to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs the FLUX.2 klein 4B dance-portrait model from Black Forest Labs. Temporary copies exist only to finish that one creation and are then struck.
Your name, Apple ID, contacts, precise location, payment details, and a device fingerprint are not packed into the generation request. Rosin purchases stay with Apple. Saved portraits remain in this app’s on-device wardrobe. Apple may process a purchase if you open Box Office and buy Rosin.
Camera, Photos, microphone, and speech recognition appear only when you tap the matching control. If you refuse, Dancvi shows a short English line and does not send you to Settings. You can still browse Gallery, Pose Vault, and Box Office.
Rosin bought through Apple is recorded as a local creation balance on this device. Product numbers used by the store are not shown on the Box Office screen. The Rosin amount and price you see always follow the in-app shelf.
Dancvi is an artistic studio for adult dance photography. Do not use it to make sexual or exploitative pictures of anyone, and do not offer children’s images for portraits.
Work you delete in Gallery or Pose Vault is removed from the app’s local list. Material you save to the system Photos app then follows Apple’s photo rules, not this house.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Keep using Dancvi after an update only if you still accept the notice in the app.
