These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement for Dancvi. By tapping I Agree on the first screen, you accept this EULA. If you do not agree, do not enter the app.

1. The house you are entering

Dancvi is a portrait studio for artistic dance photographs. You may keep pictures in Gallery, create new stills in AI Studio, compose a series in Dance Series, collect poses in Pose Vault, and open Box Office for Rosin and the Privacy Policy.

2. License, not a sale of the stage

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Dancvi on your iPhone. You do not buy the underlying models, presets, or storefront code.

3. What you bring onto the stage

Photos, names, and descriptions must be yours to use. Do not submit other people’s private pictures, stolen artwork, or text you have no right to use.

4. Disclaimer

Dancvi is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free generation. AI portraits are interpretive stills. They may differ from your references, miss anatomy, or fail to match a description. Network, model, and device conditions can delay or interrupt a creation. We do not warrant that any still will meet a professional, commercial, or personal standard you have in mind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dancvi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost portraits, lost Rosin, lost time, or disappointment with a generated still. If a court finds us liable for a direct loss arising from the app, that liability is limited to the amount you paid Apple for Rosin in the ninety days before the claim, or to a nominal amount if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only as far as local law permits.

6. Studio results

A created portrait is a new still made from your references and description. Results can miss the mark. A failed generation does not keep the Rosin that was held for that attempt. A successful one uses the published toll (40 Rosin per still).

7. Rosin

Rosin is a license to create inside Dancvi. It is not money, not a bank balance, and not transferable outside the app.

8. Service changes

We may update screens, pause generation, or retire a feature. We are not liable for lost portraits if you delete them, or if the device is erased.

9. Ending the engagement

You may stop using Dancvi at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the license if you break this EULA.
